My wallet is connected, but I am not signed in

Connecting and signing in are separate steps. Approve the sign-in request in your wallet and check that your address appears in the header. If you rejected it, click Connect again. See Security for what signing in allows.

Someone contacted me claiming to be Range support

Never share your seed phrase or private key. Range never asks for them. See Security.

I cannot find a token

Search with the full contract address and check that it is on Robinhood. A new pool may take time to appear. See find tokens and pools.

A fee or value is missing

A dash or unknown fee means the data is unavailable, not zero. Dynamic hook fees may need information the app cannot read yet.

The deposit only accepts one token

A range entirely above or below the current price needs only one token. See how ranges work.

My range changed slightly after editing it

Bounds snap to the pool’s usable ticks. Review the final bounds after editing.

I cannot select more positions

Tick spacing and your overall range limit how many positions fit, up to 20. See create multiple positions.

A position is visible, but it is not mine

The pool-level Positions table includes other wallets. Compare Owner with your connected address.

A transaction failed or has not appeared in the app

Check your wallet and the network explorer first. If it failed, review the reason, your token and gas balances, and any pool or hook requirements. Raising slippage rarely fixes a failure. If it confirmed, let the app refresh before trying again.
